• Special Food Pack : Specific diets (Vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free) can be accommodated for an additional cost of €8 per day.

Other Details

• There is the option to extend the stay to 14 days. In this case, the participant must leave on Saturday morning and return on Sunday afternoon, after 2 pm.
• Photographs taken during the activities will be available for purchase online, starting at €3 per unit or €25 for a pack of 10 photos.

All valuable items (such as cameras, mobile phones, money or other valuable objects) must be handed over to the coordinator on the first day of the field trip, who will be responsible for them. If the objects are kept under the responsibility of the participant (except the telephone, which cannot be stored in this way), the coordinator will not be held responsible in the event of their disappearance.

Participants will be able to use their cell phones between 7:00 pm and 7:30 pm , Monday through Friday, to contact their parents.

On the first day of the camp , cell phones will not be given to participants, as this period is intended for integration into the program’s dynamics and adaptation to the camp environment.

Note: The time for using mobile phones can be adjusted according to the activities scheduled for each day.

In case of emergency, parents can contact the numbers provided by the camp, including an emergency hotline available 24 hours a day.

To ensure the security of cell phones, smartwatches and other valuable items , they will be collected by coordinators at check-in and stored in a safe place. If a cell phone is found with a participant outside of the permitted hours, camp rules will apply, and the participant may be asked to leave the activity.
